Betsy Carroll

My objective is to make a positive impact in the world by facilitating continuous improvement in values-based organizations.  My contribution to this work is collaborating with others to strengthen decision making at all levels of organizations.

I strive to work in or consult for organizations that are passionately mission-driven.  I also strive to collaborate with individuals that aspire for excellence in all that they do.  I believe that decisions are strongest when based on sound analysis and evidence.  I emphasize systems thinking, considering how the work of every functional area and person supports the mission of the organization.

I incorporated my consulting company in 2022, but I have been doing strategic planning and organizational development work for 15 years.
