Chrissy Mahanna
Chrissy is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Social Work with nearly 20 years in the social service and nonprofit fields. She brings her honed social work skills, solutions-oriented approach, and a transformational vision to all her work. As a long-term leader in the social service sector and adjunct professor, she has specific expertise in program design, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development, grant writing, licensing/accreditation, quality improvement and strategic planning.
Chrissy is also an Affiliate Consultant with Support Center, which has been a leading consulting firm for nonprofit organizations for over 30 years. She serves on the Board of Directors at Norwalk ACTS, a collective impact organization aiming to transform systems by ensuring resources, policies, practices, and power structures actively dismantle racism and drive equitable outcomes for every Norwalk child and young person.
