As President and CEO of BBB of Metropolitan New York (501c6) and the Education & Research Foundation of the BBB of Metropolitan New York (501c3) since 2007 I have worked with the respective Boards to drive our mission pre and post Covid. Prior to BBB I led the Promotional Marketing Association for 10 years. Institute of Management Consultants, NYS Hospitality and Tourism Association before that. Earned my CAE and Certificate from the US Chamber Institutes for Organization Management... I am happy to share what I have learned through those experiences and to learn from others.
