Dee Falvo
Dee Falvo has collaborated with nonprofit organizations nationwide for over two decades to drive impactful change within the communities they serve. Her expertise encompasses advising nonprofit boards, executive leadership, and development teams on various aspects of the philanthropic landscape, data-driven decision-making, and best practices in fundraising. Dee specializes in major gift fundraising, high-net-worth individual (HNWI) contributions, and corporate and foundation giving. Additionally, her skills include campaign management, stakeholder engagement, project management, revenue planning and benchmarking, as well as the recruitment and coaching of volunteer leaders and the training of staff.
Dee earned her BA from Smith College and her MBA, along with a certificate in nonprofit management, from Boston University. She is proud to serve on the board of the Boyds Mills Foundation. Currently, she reside in Hoboken, NJ, with her cat, Giovanni. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, reading, crocheting, and spending time with her favorite person: her nephew.
