Elise Bernhardt

Former Exec Director/CEO with 30 plus years of experience in start-up/Turn-around/wind down for small and medium size non-profits.  Currently Director of Jerusalem International Fellows: A Cultural Residency Program and teach Floral Design as a Teambuilding activity to non-profits and corporations.  Interested in pivoting to consulting with Leaders in transition - starting in a new organization, experiencing an inflection point and/or considering leaving an organization.

Elise Bernhardt uses her 30+ years of experience as an Executive Director/CEO to help leaders of small to medium size non-profits to navigate transitions and changes for them and their organizations.  She specializes in "onboarding", teambuilding, managing major organizational shifts and exit strategies.  She brings her work teaching floral design as an entry point and metaphor for navigating the complexities of leading non-profits.
