Gloria Ramón (she/her(s)/ella) is a social impact growth strategist, organizational design, and strategic management specialist. She partners with organizations to identify and meet their missions, expand reach, and achieve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) goals. Gloria makes vision a reality, offering sound strategic support and advice. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity weaving through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives organizational advantage. A deeply committed social justice advocate, she helps steer philanthropic investments, support grassroots movements led by communities of color, build a world where resources and power are equitably shared, and create a future where everyone can live with dignity and thrive.

Gloria serves as a strategic consultant and interim executive leader for various nonprofits. She has held executive positions leading philanthropic strategy, fundraising, partnership development, communications, and strategic planning for organizations. Most recently, Senior Director of Development & Communications at The Praxis Project, Vice President of Development at the National Community Stabilization Trust, Chief Development & Strategy Officer at Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation, and Director of Development & Grants Management at The Century Foundation.

Gloria earned a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business, a Master of Public Policy and Management from the Muskie School of Public Service, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College. She is an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Accountant Professional. She is a CORO Leadership New York member and a Steering Committee Member of The Leadership Circle, a BIPOC Alumni Group of CORO NY that curates leadership training for BIPOC executives.
