Jennifer Krauss

Jennifer Krauss is the principal of Jennifer Krauss Recruiting, a New Jersey based retained search practice dedicated exclusively to the nonprofit sector. Jen partners with mission-driven organizations to fill primarily Director-level and above positions, with particular depth in arts and culture, human services, conservation, and mental health, though her practice is built to serve nonprofits of every kind.

Jen brings more than two decades of human resources and talent experience, including senior HR and recruiting roles in corporate and hospitality settings and in-house work in the nonprofit space at the Julia Child Foundation and Jeffrey Sobel Consulting, which gives her a distinctive lens on cultural fit and organizational readiness. 

Jen's approach is personalized and relationship-driven. She invests significant time in understanding each client's culture and people, and gets to know candidates as individuals, not just resumes.
