John Loblack
As a graduate of the school of “Hard Knocks,” John learned to appreciate the value of hard work and perseverance. With his single mother as the “principal,” he understood at an early age that a sound education would be his ticket to a meaningful life.
As an educator, John has experience as an elementary school, middle school, and high school teacher, a career college instructor, and a university campus dean. As a facilitating consultant, he has led leadership and development programs in the for-profit and nonprofit spaces.
John holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership, a master’s degree in human resource management, an undergraduate degree in sociology, and a diploma in mass communication. He is also a Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) coach, a Strategic Planning Facilitator (AMA), a Succession Planning and Talent Development Facilitator (HCI), and a Change Management Facilitator (ATD).
