Kalpana Bhandarkar
Seasoned professional with 15 years of experience working at and with safety net hospitals in NYC in leadership positions and 20 years of working at and with non-profit organizations in Board and advisory capacities. Currently, I run a solo consulting practice advising health care and other non-profit organizations with capacity-building services focused on strategy, philanthropy, social determinants programming and communications. I also am a certified leadership coach and provide goal-oriented coaching to organizations and individuals.
I currently Co-Chair the Board of a regional civil rights organization (ERASE Racism), serve as a Board member of a NYS-wide child advocacy non-profit (Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy), and serve on the Board of a global leadership development non-profit for high school girls (She Is the Universe).
