Kristen Illes

Kristen Illes is a Leadership and Change Management Consultant who partners with talented executives and managers to develop their leadership practices and manage change in a way that ignites innovation, human potential, and inclusion while driving business results.  

Kristen brings over 25 years of management and leadership development experience in the nonprofit sector and provides clients with in-depth industry knowledge and a full scope of tools and processes based on best practices.  

For the past ten years, Kristen served in a senior executive role at Coro New York Leadership Center, a premier civic leadership development organization.  She earned her M.A. and B.A. in psychology from Marist College and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development.
