The Center for Leadership and Business Excellence (CLBE) is a capacity-building consultancy for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. We help leaders strengthen management, improve operations, clarify accountability, and turn strategy into coordinated action, particularly during growth, restructuring, and leadership transitions.

Led by Founder & CEO Malika Brown-Brothers, MS, CLBE draws on two decades of experience extending from frontline service to executive leadership, including years working alongside executive directors, CEOs, and boards.

Services include organizational assessments, leadership and management development, operational improvement, board governance support, and strategic plan implementation. We also offer facilitated retreats, workshops, and presentations.
