Nicole Carrea is a seasoned fundraising strategist with 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations achieve transformative growth. Particularly passionate about corporate philanthropy and strategic partnerships, Nicole specializes in empowering nonprofits to grow revenue, enhance capacity, and maximize their impact.

She excels at coaching nonprofit leaders, staff, and boards on fundraising best practices, designing scalable and accessible systems, and crafting compelling value propositions to resonate with today’s sophisticated donors.

As Chief Partnerships Officer at StreetWise Partners, a workforce development organization in NYC, Nicole spearheaded the design, launch, and expansion of a corporate partnerships program that fueled the organization’s 3x growth. Previously, she held key development roles at the National Kidney Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she cultivated donor relationships and drove impactful campaigns. Nicole also serves as a volunteer fundraising advisor for The Sports Bra Project, a nonprofit increasing access to sports for women and girls globally.

Nicole’s expertise is grounded in formal training and hands-on experience. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Sacred Heart University.
