Nikki Murillo

I support nonprofits who are attempting to dismantle systems of oppression. I work with teams, leaders and individuals who are committed to finding another way to “do the work”, finding more inclusive ways to lead, fostering a culture that is transformative and turning passion into sustainable action. By providing training, facilitation support, coaching and leadership and program development, I take a holistic and person-centered approach to transformation. I believe that at every organization there are already the people, solutions and potential to create diverse, equitable and inclusive spaces - I see my role as helping to uncover, enhance and uplift what is less noticeable. This happens in the workshop where we learn about the cultural narratives that shaped who we are, in the facilitated retreat where we create the shared language of respect and trust, in the coaching hour where you get the time and focus to strategize about the idea you’ve been dreaming about.
