I'm a white queer coach and leader with 20+ years of nonprofit leadership experience in social justice organizations and I can help you get unstuck in your racial equity work. I am the founder and principal of Stapel Coaching. 

In my coaching, I use a roadmap I developed for white leaders struggling to center racial equity in their nonprofit strategy and work. This roadmap has six steps that move from personal assessment to professional engagement to organizational implementation. I focus on the why of racial equity (personally and organizationally), the how to develop your racial equity workplan, and the tools that can help assess teams and the organization in its ongoing racial equity work. Through regular one-on-one meetings and quick check-ins I support nonprofit leaders in their work to center racial equity in their life, and in their organization.
