Tracy Duran
Tracy Duran, MFA is the founder of IDEATE Collaborative, LLC. Tracy spent 15-years working in a museum as a leader, removing barriers to access both internally and externally for traditionally marginalized people and communities. Through this work, she found her passion for intercultural development recognizing the need for people and organizations to build a foundation for equity. Tracy is passionate about leadership and organizational development and believes in the power and complexity of the identities and cultures we each hold. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and an authorized DiSC partner.
Tracy has worked with countless non-profits and has developed programs that serve historically marginalized and underserved populations. She has dedicated her life to empowering youth and began mentoring kids at the age of 17 in Las Vegas, Nevada, where her identity and experiences were shaped as a Hispanic female. Tracy is a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, artist, and active volunteer. She holds a BFA in painting and drawing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MFA from California State University, Fullerton.
