**We believe it's every consultant's responsibility to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.**

• Consultants and capacity builders, join for a deeper dive into how to apply concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in your work with clients. 
• After an initial welcome and framing of the issue, we’ll convene break-out groups. 
• Each breakout group will be led by a person dedicated to championing DEI, where you’ll discuss various scenarios and role plays. 
• Please come prepared to discuss your own questions, experiences and real-life scenarios.
• Walk away better equipped to navigate various scenarios you face as a consultant, towards achieving the outcome of greater equity.

This event is free for members and $15 for non-members.
