Description: This session will cover how to use different types of budgets and financial reports to convey the story of the organization to donors and the general public. We will cover budget basics and types of budgets and how to read and understand the numbers on a financial report to be used at board meetings, in annual reports and in fundraising materials. There will be time for Q & A.
