DYCD Offices, 2 Lafayette Street, 14th Floor, NYC

Open to Members and Non-Members

This first session of our highly interactive 3-part series - Thriving in a Changing Consulting Landscape - will be held in-person and focus on the WHY of collaboration.

The morning will start with a welcome from the Mayor's Office of Nonprofits, along with some breakfast and guided networking. From there, Devon Lawrence and Jay Weisman will facilitate a conversation with 2 network members (Kim Gerstman and Erica Pelletreau) regarding their experience forming collaborations. Breakout groups will follow.

Come learn, make connections, and set yourself up for a successful Q4!

Pre-Registration Required by Tuesday, 10/13:

$20 for members and students

$35 for non-members

Coffee, Tea, Pastries, and Fruit Included

Subsequent sessions will build upon these concepts and be held online in early 2027.

Session 2: How to Collaborate Successfully: Building Partnerships That Last

Session 3: Staying Relevant in a Changing Environment: Continuous Learning for a Stronger Practice
Prior attendance is not required, but is recommended if possible.
