Please join us on Monday, May 18th from 10-11am (ET), for the virtual bi-monthly convening of the Interim Leadership Circle, a members-only community of practice. This group is for members who are currently serving, or have served within the past two years, in interim leadership roles. This session will begin with member guest, Olanike A. Mensah
 
Beyond the Listening Session: A Model for Cultural Due Diligence
For interim leaders, the first 30 days are a race to identify the invisible currents that can derail a transition. While listening sessions are a staple of discovery, they often provide an incomplete picture of organizational health. We'll discuss a framework for Cultural Due Diligence that pairs anecdotal insights with research-backed employee experience data - revealing the underlying factors that matter for strategic stabilization during transitions.


The goal of the Interim Leadership Circle is to assist members who are interim leaders in building and maintaining thriving consulting practices that include this unique aspect of nonprofit management consulting. The group strives to create a supportive space where all can share openly. This is a member-led group and its content and format may evolve as needed to better serve its members. The meetings are intended to share knowledge, build skills, and foster collaboration and community. 

There is no charge to attend any of the Association's Circle meetings, but registration is always required. Meetings are held on the third Monday of alternating months from 10 - 11am.
