Institute Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to April 15, 2026: Full refund 
Cancellation between April 15 - 22, 2026: Full refund minus a $175 service fee 
Cancellation from April 23 to May 5, 2026: Credit Only -- full amount, minus $175 service fee, will be credited to future Institute or other Association offerings
Cancellation after May 6, 2026: No refund, no credit

The applications at standard rate or member rate will be accepted until April 22, 2026. These will be processed on a rolling basis and individuals will be notified within approximately two weeks. 

The applications at the discount rate will be accepted until March 27, 2026. Decisions regarding discount seats will be made by April 1, 2026 and individuals will be notified promptly.
